How often do we meet? +
Once a month minimum via video call, typically 45-60 minutes. If you're in the middle of a live deal, we can schedule additional calls as needed. Between calls, you have direct text and email access.
What's the minimum commitment? +
The $5,000 enrollment gets you started with your first month included. After that, it's $500/month with no long-term contract. Most clients stay 6-12 months through their first acquisition and stabilization. You can cancel anytime.
Do I need to take the course first? +
No - full course access is included with coaching. That said, I recommend working through the modules early on. It gives us a shared framework so our calls are more productive and deal-focused from day one.
What does "equity alignment" mean? +
It means I have skin in the game. For deals that meet my criteria, I'm open to co-investing capital or structuring a partnership. The specifics depend on the deal, but the point is this: I'm not just coaching from the sideline. When it makes sense, I'm in the deal with you.
Why is this limited to 8-10 clients? +
Because I'm a full-time firefighter, a father of three, and an active operator with 12 facilities. I don't have unlimited time - and I won't pretend I do. Keeping the group small means every client gets real attention, not a watered-down version of coaching.
How do I know if I'm ready? +
If you have capital to deploy, a timeline of 6-12 months, and the willingness to do the work - you're ready. If you're still figuring out whether self-storage is for you, start with the course. You can always upgrade to coaching later.
